Feature the Future is a gathering of the Bay Area’s makers and builders, designed to spark unexpected connections and imagine a more beautiful future.
WHY
The Bay Area holds a rare concentration of people who make incredible things through craft, hard-won expertise, and a certain amount of obsession. Here we have some of the best architects, engineers, designers, artists, producers and builders of worlds large and small.
Most of them have never been in the same room.
HOW IT WORKS
Each FTF salon brings together a small, curated group across disciplines.
You'll leave having met at least THREE PEOPLE you wouldn't otherwise cross paths with, all of them working, in their own way, toward more beauty in the world.

How the evening unfolds…
You’ll arrive and receive an envelope with your matches for the evening.
Inside, you’ll find three people we think you should meet, chosen across disciplines, perspectives, and worlds you might never otherwise cross.
Over the course of the evening, you’ll rotate through three short conversations designed to get past the usual small talk and into your obsessions and dreams.
The rest of the evening is yours.
Stay for a drink. Find the person you didn’t get matched with. Continue a conversation that ended too soon. Introduce two people who should know each other.
This salon is simply the beginning.
What this Isn’t
Not a panel, not a pitch, not another networking event.
